El entrenador Josh Klepfer creció en Binghamton, Nueva York y comenzó a jugar lacrosse en 6º grado. Su carrera en la escuela secundaria se jugó en la escuela secundaria Chenango Valley, donde fue 3 veces capitán del equipo oficial, fue un Academic All American y representó al equipo Central Empire States como suplente.

Durante su carrera universitaria, jugó en Le Moyne College en Syracuse, Nueva York. Mientras estuvo allí, jugó en 2 campeonatos nacionales, ganando el segundo en su último año. Fue dos veces capitán del equipo y dos veces All-American, Mención Honorífica en su tercer año y Académico en su último año. Al salir de la universidad, entrenó en All Saints Academy, ganando campeonatos de distrito consecutivos.

Coach Josh Klepfer grew up in Binghamton, NY and began playing lacrosse in 6th grade. His High school career was played at Chenango Valley High School, where he was a 3-time captain of the varsity team, was an Academic All-American, and represented the Central Empire States team as an alternate.

During his College Career, he played at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. While there, he played in 2 national championships, winning the second in his senior year. He was a two-time captain of the team and a two-time All-American, Honorable Mention in his junior year, and Academic in his senior year. Moving on from college, he coached at All Saints Academy, winning back-to-back District Championships.
