Deb Arnold Deb recibió una Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Universidad Brigham Young, donde fue titular para su carrera universitaria de lacrosse. Desde entonces ha tenido la oportunidad de jugar lacrosse contra otros equipos internacionales en Portugal, España, Inglaterra, Irlanda y Escocia, ganando una medalla de oro y bronce con sus equipos en la Copa Lisboa en Portugal. Fue capitana del equipo nacional femenino de Perú en el World Lacrosse PALA Sixes en Jamaica 2023, con el equipo terminando cuarto. También es la fundadora inicial de la Selección Nacional Femenina de Perú y actualmente forma parte de la junta directiva como representante de las mujeres. Deb es entrenadora personal certificada por la NASM y especialista en nutrición y ha entrenado en The Woodland's High School en Texas con el programa universitario, jv y para niños durante varios años. Le apasiona ser mentora de mujeres jóvenes, defensora de las mujeres en los deportes y romper las normas haciendo cosas fuera de la caja en nombre de perseguir los sueños. Deb es una ávida viajera, ya que ha estado en 25 países y contando. Fue finalista en el certamen Mrs. Texas America en 2023, actualmente es Mrs. The Woodlands 2024 y planea continuar difundiendo el mensaje del poder del pensamiento positivo en los deportes y en la vida.

Deb Arnold Deb received a Bachelor’s of Science from Brigham Young University, where she was a starter for her college lacrosse career. Since then she has had the opportunity to play lacrosse against other international teams in Portugal, Spain, England, Ireland, and Scotland, winning both a gold and bronze medal with her teams at the Lisboa Cup in Portugal. She was a captain of the National Peru Women’s team at the World Lacrosse PALA Sixes in Jamaica 2023, with the team finishing fourth. She is also the initial founder of the Peru Women’s National Team and currently serves on the board as the Women’s representative. Deb is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist and has coached at The Woodland’s High School in Texas with the varsity, jv, and kids program for a number of years. She has passion for being a mentor to young women, an advocate for women in sports, and breaking norms by doing things outside of the box in the name of pursing dreams. Deb is an avid traveler, having been to 25 countries and counting. She was the runner up in the Mrs. Texas America pageant in 2023, is currently Mrs. The Woodlands 2024, and plans to continue to spread the message of the power of positive thinking in sports and in life.
